It's been a while since I've been able to make the time to write. I'm feeling compelled now because something exciting is happening. I've been working a lot with people around triggers and it's been awesome to see the relief and change that's happening.
Okay, wait, what do I mean when I say "trigger?" Yes, I'm talking about those moments where we have a strong emotional reaction to something. But it's bigger than that.

It was a lightbulb moment. I’m making coffee in the morning in a pour over rather than a french-press.

I occasionally turn my head back to check on Maple, our sweet dog. She used to run ahead of me, but now, as she ages, lingers behind. I’m wearing a thin long sleeve shirt and shorts. Spring has arrived!

At first, because of its nostalgic elegance, but then because of the word “comfort” - here defined as a narrow range at the intersection of temperature and humidity. Comfort is important, heck my name Noah, can be translated as comfort or comfortable. But there are two essential truths about comfort that can change our lives…
