Lightfoot (the horse) and the ducks on Allegheny mountain in Western Virginia... our current home base.

It's raining here today and it feels cleansing as Hazel said the other day, "Maybe it will rain everywhere on Earth at the same time and wash away the sickness." A sweet thought.

As we all seek ways to adapt to our new circumstances, we too are looking for ways to continue to be supportive.

Rachael is offering online session and if you're needing support you can connect with her via email rachael@heartseedhealth.com.

Noah is now offering Acupuncture without Needles via Zoom. As many of you know a lot of the work that I do with acupuncture goes beyond the needles. Some might call it coaching and others may think of it more as spiritual counseling, but the name is less important than what it is:
Heart-centered time and space to process what you're going through and get support and guidance around how to best navigate it. These sessions include somatic (body-based) interventions rooted in Chinese medicine and neuroscience, such as guided meditation and resourcing practices. "Acupuncture without needles" will engage and empower your at the level of mind, body, and spirit.
I'm offering 30-minute and 60-minute sessions on a sliding scales.
You can sign up for session online or email me to schedule or with questions.

We'll keep this (and our future emails) as short as we can (we're all inundated with so much right now). So, maybe take a moment to breath deeply into your belly, look up from your screen, wiggle your fingers and toes, loosen your jaw, and place your hand on your chest before you scroll along to the next email.

With warm open hearts,
Noah and Rachael
