Exciting New Things in 2020!!!

Dr. Noah K. Goldstein, DACM L.Ac.

We couldn't be more delighted about this past year.

There is so much to celebrate and appreciate and reflect on. From quiet moments with clients where a subtle but significant shifts occur to raucous and wild dancing under the new moon. We're striving to embrace the entirety of the human experience with love.

We strive to help people connect with their bodies and souls so they can build better a more joyful relationship with the people around them and the world they inhabit. We hope this comes through in our newsletters and playlists, in our podcast, and we know it comes through in the individual and group work that we do.

We're always looking for additional ways to offer support and we're so excited to announce a few new things we're introducing this year:

Massage at Heartseed Health with Rebecca Holohan

Rebecca is a licensed massage therapist, yoga teacher, and current graduate student in Somatic Counseling Psychology at Naropa University. She creates a nurturing and supportive space for clients to unwind, relax, and release pain and tension in the body. Rebecca draws from Myofascial Release, Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Craniosacral Therapy techniques to create an experience that meets each client’s unique needs. You can learn more about her and book and appointment.

Council of Fathers - A Men's Group

The Council of Fathers is a men’s group for fathers willing to showing up for each other and do the inner work to become a better parent. We engage in exercises and activities intended to enhance our capacities as men, partners, and fathers. This group requires no background knowledge or skills, and no special experience. It simply requires the openness and willingness to explore what arises.
You can learn more about the Council on Fathers and register for the group here .

Jewish Wellness Retreat

We were invited to offer a Jewish Wellness Retreat along with our dear friend and professional foodie, Jeff Yoskowitz, by Hazon, a non-profit devoted to creating a more sustainable Jewish community. This retreat is for Jewish adults needing a break from their fast-paced lives to enjoy a long weekend of rejuvenating programming to reconnect with heart, body, mind, and soul in community. You can learn more about it here.

Let us know what you think and if there are any requests around how we can better serve the community.
